1 General Provisions

3 Account Security

Users must keep their username and password completely confidential and must not share them with anyone. OTPs or verification codes sent to the account must also not be disclosed to any third party.

If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the hibajee 18 support team must be notified immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from their account credentials being accessed by others.

hibajee 18 will never ask for a user's password, bank PIN, or mobile banking PIN via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used to make deposits on hibajee 18. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Source of Funds

4.4 Cryptocurrency

hibajee 18 does not accept any cryptocurrency payment methods. Only the methods listed in rule 4.1 are accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hibajee 18 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, it must be wagered 15 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be used as gaming balance before the specified wagering requirement is met. Bonuses are for use in the holder's own account only and cannot be transferred to another person.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using bonuses to gain unfair advantages from the hibajee 18 system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, hibajee 18 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6 VIP Program

The hibajee 18 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated at a set rate based on net losses for that week. The maximum cashback available is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum.

As an example: if a Gold member has a total net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they can receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Cashback is applied automatically each week. Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular activity on the platform.

hibajee 18 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

7 Gaming and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Results

All game and betting outcomes on hibajee 18 are determined by impartial, automated processes. If a dispute arises regarding any result, the platform's server logs will serve as the final evidence.

7.2 Betting Limits

hibajee 18 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant game interface and must be followed.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.4 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, hibajee 18 will investigate the incident and make a decision accordingly. In such situations, hibajee 18's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension and Closure

hibajee 18 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason. This includes: violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other valid reason.

hibajee 18 will generally notify the user before closing an account, but in urgent situations an account may be closed without notice. For closed accounts, hibajee 18 will assess each case individually regarding the return of any legitimately deposited funds.

10 Limitation of Liability

Services on the hibajee 18 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. hibajee 18 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, network outages, or other unintentional events.
